Love surrounds you. If you’re like me, you’re rushing from here to there, trying to get this thing or that thing accomplished, trying to make a small corner of your world a better place. You don’t notice the love surrounding you. For this week, notice the love around you. Breathe it in deeply. Let it sustain you.
Our lives have so many textures, emotions, responsibilities, threats, and long “to do” lists. For most of us, the last year has changed every aspect of our lives. It’s frustrating. There’s nothing in our previous lives that can help inform our current life. Kindness — to ourselves and others — will get us through this. Be kind through each mess up, transition, drama, and screaming teenager. We’re in this together.
