The Upgraded F-15SA is Deadlier Than Ever
Saudi Arabia purchased 84 new F-15SAs and almost 70 kits to turn their existing F-15S fleet into SAs. In addition to pre-existing features in the F-15E Strike Eagle such as a fly-by-wire flight control system, a missile launch detection system, and an infrared search and track system called ‘Tiger Eyes,’ the F-15SA also features F-110- GE-129 engines that can put out 30,000 pounds of thrust each.

Italy’s Aeronautica Militare KC-767A Making History
In 2015, Italy’s Aeronautica Militare KC-767A became the first international tanker not operated by the USAF to undergo refueling certification trials with a U.S. aircraft when it successfully completed a U.S. Air Force F-35A boom receiver certification refueling flight over Edwards Air Force Base in California, completing 25 boom contacts and offloading 16,000 pounds of fuel.
