When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. “And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over.
Hang on. Dark days and dark moods never last forever. You will feel better soon. Being kind to everyone you know will help you feel better.
There are a lot of pieces to the puzzles. This chaos will not last. Kindness will make the chaos end sooner.
When is it that you feel alive? strong? capable? Try to do these things every single day and you will feel better. Being kind will help you find what you are best at.
No matter what is weighing you down, you can still be kind.
Every single day you get a chance to start over again. No matter what has happened in your life, you can start over again. Let go of the past and give yourself the gift of a fresh start. Be kind to you.
Are you sure you’re seeing this correctly? Listen, there’s a lot of misunderstanding going around. Checking your facts is the kindest thing you can do.
Okay, I get it. We all get it. This year has been hard. This virus thing is crazy. The politics are simply insane. It’s all hard to wrap your mind around it all. How do we move forward? Be kind. How do we get through all of this? Be kind.
Even the birds have to stay at home now. Be kind to each other. Please.
“Some people make our laugh a little louder, your smile a little brighter and your life a little better. Try to be one of those people.” We don’t know who said these words. They are still true.
Don’t let winter’s chill take over your heart. We will get through this, together. Be kind to everyone you meet, even yourself.
Seek out bright and beautiful things and people. When in doubt, BE a bright and beautiful person.
Never give up. Never ever.
We live in unusual times.
No one knows what’s going to happen next year or the year after.
There is no historic precedent so there’s no way for you to predict what’s around your corner. If you give up, you’ll miss it.
You always have a choice. Choose kindness.
Kindness is the most valuable gift you can give someone — and sometimes that someone is you.
Whether it’s cold or warm outside, don’t let the frost freeze your heart or mind. Kindness will warm you and your life.
Listen, this week has been hard. Take some time today for yourself. Grab a mask and get outside if you can. Take time in meditation or put on your earbuds and listen to your favorite turns. Recharge yourself. You deserve it.
A lot of people just need someone to be kind to them today — that person may be you.
