Lately, people have been saying to me that kindness is weakness. Kindness is NOT weakness. This week, we’ll explore the power of kindness.

Have you ever been in a situation where you are confronted with an angry person? Be kind. Kindness is a genetically programmed language in every human’s brain. They will relax, even just a bit, whether they like it or not. #PowerofKindness

A few years ago, I started this project where I would say “Good Morning” to everyone I saw in the morning, regardless of who they were. Most people respond in some way. You’d be surprised. Kindness is humanness. Give it a try

Sometimes, you just have to look at the flowers and breathe. Flowers bloom and shine regardless of the crappy, angry people around them. You can do the same. Be kind. Shine on.
