“When we give ourselves compassion, we are opening our hearts in a way that can transform our lives.”
“What the world needs is a new kind of army — the army of the kind.”
Feeling out of control? Try Kindness. “A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees. The greatest work that kindness does to other is that it makes them kind themselves.”
“Kindness is more important than wisdom, and the recognition of this is the beginning of wisdom.” Theodore Isaac Rubin
Someone recently asked me what I thought was kindness. In truth, Kindness can be any action you take in order to lovingly connect with another human. A single word can save a life. Every action you take can be kind.
Plant a tree. Roll in the grass. Find a way to enjoy your life. Be kind.
What is kindness? Kindness is a hand in the dark reminding you that you’re not alone.
You may see only clouds, but above you is blue sky and gorgeous landscape. The best way to clear your clouds is to be kind.
Being kind is being human.
Things I know are true:
1. The world is a beautiful place.
2. Being kind will make you feel better.
3. Kind actions make the world a better place.
