Man pleads guilty in first Anchorage homicide case of 2017
The penalty range on the offense of manslaughter includes up to 20 years in prison, along with a $250,000 fine. If the judge accepts Myas’ plea, he would be sentenced to nine years, four of which would be suspended. A five-year probation period would also be put in place.
