ANCHORAGE (KTUU) – A superior court judge handed down a hefty sentence in court on Friday, stemming back to a robbery in June of this year, that ended with an exchange of gunfire. William Travis McCann, 45, will serve 28 years in prison, after pleading guilty to robbery, assault, and misconduct with a weapon.

ANCHORAGE (KTUU) – The Red Cross of Alaska is sending a Disaster Workforce Specialist to California to assist with volunteer coordination with the devastating wildfires still burning across the state.
