Have you ever been kicked off an airline or subjected to other abuse? How do you feel about airlines arbitrarily kicking passengers off the plane for someone else’s convenience? Alaska Airlines reasoning does not make sense. Alaska Airlines is not denying they screwed with them. Two people want to sit together, irregardless of their relationship and gender (best friends, family, co-workers, etc.), they have paid extra for their premium seating they should not have been subjected to the abuse.
