“Arrests Made for Vehicle Theft and Joyriding” from Anchorage Police Department : Nixle

Three people were inside the vehicle. The driver, Nicholas Philemoff was arrested for vehicle theft and theft in the second degree. The passangers Christopher Chuckwuk and Zane Roberts were both charged with criminal mischief.

The criminal mischief charges were made possible by the recent change in Muni Ordinance passed by the Anchorage Assembly Tuesday night.
