Anyone with information about Hall’s whereabouts is asked to call an Anchorage police detective at 907-786-8900, or to submit tips anonymously through Anchorage Crime Stoppers.

I have my doubts about his defense.  How long has he lived in the US, Alaska? Not understanding the law, no one in the Korean Community would help him understand his options, etc.  I do understand the aggravation over a counting, constantly barking dog(s).
