Without forgiveness life is governed by…an endless cycle of resentment and retaliation.

“Most people quit because they look how far they have to go. Not how far they have come.”

If you need to hibernate a bit, give yourself over to it for a while.
But only for a while. Life is too short to hibernate too long.
Otherwise, be kind to you — move out of the dark; get into the light.
It’s a cold season.
Kindness will warm your heart.
Try it. Be kind.
Did you know that many movie directors choose this time of year to film because the light is so beautiful? The days are getting darker and colder.
It’s also a season of beautiful light.
Focus on the light.
You are not underwater, it just feels that way.
Like all feelings, this feeling will pass.
Reach out. Ask for help. Hang on!
It’s a big world with a lot of moving parts.
Breathe.
Don’t take it on all at once.
Take up one thing. Finish it.
Breathe.
Take on another. You’ve got this.
I don’t care what’s happened to you or
what someone has told you about you
or even what you believe.
The truth is — You are so loved.
We started Everyday Kindness in 2017 as a way of shifting the conversation back to something more genuine and real. For the last few years, we’ve tried to support, inspire, and encourage everyone to be more kind.
It’s time for us to take a break. We are not sure when we’ll be back.
There are a lot of people who talk and teach about kindness now. The best of the best is the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation @rakfoundation We encourage you to continue your study of kindness with them.
Thank you for the last five years. Many blessings on your life and kindness journey.
