Listen, a lot of people feel really alone right now and have no idea how to reconnect to others. Whenever you’re feeling really alone, be kind to someone. Your kindness will reconnect you to the world.
Everything feel a little upside down? It’s likely that you aren’t seeing things clearly. Panic, despair, anger, loneliness and even hunger can make you see things a little oddly. Take a break. Breathe.Things will be right side up when and only when you’re feeling better.
If you have a chance to make people happy, just do it. Sometimes people are struggling silently. Maybe, your act of kindness can make their day.
Moon and stars pour their healing light upon you.
Wear your mask. Wash your hands. Be patient. Be kind. The last two will help you with the first two.

Happiness is the new rich. Inner peace is the new success. Health is the new wealth. Kindness is the new cool.
How can you be kind? Here are a few suggestions. The one that I like a lot is simply not being an asshole. Sometimes, that’s a really hard thing to do.
When you’re in a dark place, you sometimes tend to think you’ve been buried. Perhaps you’ve been planted. Bloom.
It’s not a huge leap to be kind to someone. Most of the time, all you have to do is shut your mouth. 😉
