The entire human world has ground to a halt due to the coronavirus. We sit at home hoping not to get the virus and hoping it will be over soon. You are not alone — no matter how alone you feel. Be kind and watch your world open up. We’re in this together.
This bird has been following you around. He’s been watching. He knows all about that thing you’re so angry with yourself about. He thinks you’re being to hard on yourself. He says: “Let it go. Be kind to yourself.”
It’s been rough, really rough. There is nothing about life right now that’s “normal;” you know that. Change is here and it’s as messy as it always is. Just breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Do it again. We’re going to be just fine.
It’s cold. In some places, it’s really, really cold. Just because it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean you have to be. Be kind. Beat the cold.
