“Oft hope is born when all is forlorn.”
“I exist not to be loved and admired, but to love and act. It is not the duty of those around me to love me. Rather, it is my duty to be concerned about the world, about (hu)man(s).”

This is one of the most popular posts. It’s a reminder of who the US is day in and day out. Bullying and postering are about weakness. Kindness is strength.
Ask yourself — where do I light up? What’s my genius spark? We all have them. What is yours? Your ancestors dreamed of have the freedom, power, and wealth you have now — even if you have very little, it’s more than Irish peasants had pre-1970, more than slaves, more than English Catholics or Puritans or Pilgrims… Find your spark. Use it to brighten the world. Be kind along the way.
Your kindness sends sparks of sheer light out into the world. Be kind. Light up the world.
Be kind. When you’re angry, be kind. When you’re sad, be kind. When you’re f**ng sick of it, be kind. When you’re happy, be kind. When you’re struggling, be kind. Your kindness will see you through the storms of emotions.
Feeling forlorn? Be kind to yourself and everyone around you. It will cause hope to blossom sooner.
Sometimes, all we need to remember that this year is simply a ring on the tree of your life. Make it a kind year.

Wherever you are, be kind. Make kind memories. Share your life with kind people.
You want to be kind. You know that kindness will change your life, and the world. You understand that kindness is coded into your DNA. So what stands between you and being kind?
Give recklessly to everyone you meet. Be kind to everyone for no reason at all.
