More than a year ago, the world came to a halt. Life as we knew it, stopped. Everything normal stopped. The world is beginning to awaken. In vaccinated communities, people are actually going around in a kind of “normal” way. Vaccines are coming to parts of the world without them. Now, is the time to plan to rebuild your life. Rebuild a kind life.
Every year, there is a moment when you take a bite into the the sweet first strawberry of the season. Slow down, take a bite. Be kind to you.
Sweet cold watermelon — is there anything better on a hot day? Watermelon shared is better than eating watermelon alone. Be kind. Share some ice cold watermelon. Watch your joy blossom.
The world is loud! Sounds and sensation surround us. Find your quiet place — if only in your mind. Listen to your own thoughts. There is wisdom there if you take the time to listen. Let silence heal you.
There’s a whole lot of judging going on! Don’t judge. Be kind.
