Research finds that kindness is inherent in human beings. It’s time to unlearn your unkind behavior. It’s not who or what you are. It’s something you’ve learned.
Be kind. Everyone is under tremendous pressure right now. Be kind to them and make a special effort to be kind to you.

Nothing is better than a good book to remind you who you are and restore your faith in humanity. Call a librarian and ask what s/he recommends. Go to a book store. Ask your friends.

Look up. The sky is blue. The trees are coming back into leaf in the Northern Hemisphere and in autumn in the Southern Hemisphere. Breathe. It’s a beautiful world.
