There is so many flavors and textures to life. Take your time to choose what you would like your life to be filled with
We have all been presented with the chance, right now, to take a tiny step in the right direction of our lives. “Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must, but take that step.”
It’s true that you need to get on with your life. But no one said that you need to climb that impossible staircase again. Think about it. Choose what works best for you. Be kind.
Life is filled with equal parts pain and beauty. We over focus on the pain in life. What if you focus on the beauty that is growing in your life? Nothing beautiful growing? Maybe it’s time to grow something beautiful.
Remember how excited you were for an ice cream cone? What are you excited about now? It’s time to build a life filled with things you are excited about.
Have you ever considered how exceedingly unlikely water is? It exists on only a handful of planets in this universe. And, thus, how even more unlikely your existence? How can you not be kind?
Life is flowering around you. Be kind to yourself by noticing the joyous beauty in life.
What are you doing to take care of precious you?
That old life — the one pre-pandemic, economic collapse, lockdown — was is centered around what is best for you? This time, as you rebuild, what if you rebuild a life around what’s best for you? This is your life.
No matter where you are in the world, take some time to draw in the light. Let it shine upon your face. Let it warm your soul.
We stand on the edge of our own rebirth. Do you like what’s growing in your life? Weed set in first. The psychic vampires and greedy often come next. Don’t let these things take root. Grow your own beautiful, joyous life.
The sky’s the limit. Use kindness as your guide and you’ll reach the heavens.
Stretch out today. Reach up. Breathe. Be kind.
Love one another. It’s really not that hard. You just have to remember to do it.
Life feeling a little dry and dusty? Something is always sprouting, even in the most inhospitable environment. What’s coming up in your life? Make it kind.

Listen — the best way to get through changing times is to focus on the kindness you give to the world.
This is a time of great strain. Whenever you can, and if only in your mind, give yourself a break.
With each breath: May I be at peace. May we be at peace. May they be at peace.
Where there’s smoke, there is fire.
Where your passion lives, your power resides.
In this time of rebuilding, focus on your passion.
Be kind to you.
You have time.
Take it.
Use it.
Be brave.
Be kind.
Maybe it’s time to start telling yourself the truth.
You are kind.
You are perfect.
You are beautiful.
You’ve survived.
You’ve got this.
