Oh Thursday, why must you taunt me so? Be kind to yourself and everyone you know today. We’re all wishing it was Saturday.
When they tell you to stop talking, shine on. When they tell you that you’re wrong, shine on. When they tell you to “be good”, shine on. Seriously, just shake your head at the noise and shine on.
It feels dark, right now. Day always follows night. The sun will rise again. For now, light a candle. Be kind — share your light in the dark. Change is coming.
Feeling out there on your own? Time to be more kind. Be kind to everyone and you won’t be alone for long.
A lot of people work on Saturdays. Be kind to them. A lot of people exercise on Saturday mornings. Be kind to them. A lot of people do sports or art or write or work on the house or garden or walk to dogs or… You know what to do — be kind
Feeling up a tree? Don’t panic. Take a breath and enjoy the view. The chaos will wait. In the middle of it all, be kind to you.
Listen, we live in a cause and effect universe. We are ALL bound by this law. It might take a while, but all of us feel the results of our action. Never doubt.
