Everyone you know is freaked out right now. They may have their own personal freak out going on or maybe they are freaked out about the environment or politics or money or… fill in the blank. It’s likely that you’re freaked out too. When was the last time you really laughed? Laughter will not take the freak out away. It will just make it seem less awful. Make an effort to laugh today.
Often our lives reflect what we put out into the world. When we’re kind, we see kindness everywhere. Be kind.
Some days, it’s the tiniest of nuts that gets you through that day. Your kindness can be that nut for someone else. Be kind. Be the nut.
Hey grumpy — Just because you are grumpy doesn’t mean you can’t be kind. Be kind. You just might relieve your grumpiness.
