Hunnicutt stands accused of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the Second Degree dating back to the November 2015 incident. The exact nature of the incident is not clear; however, the charging document states, “The Grand Jury charges that on or about November 7, 2015 at or near St. Paul Island, Nicholas Jay Hunnicutt, being 17 years of age or older, engaged in sexual penetration with a person who was 13, 14, or 15 years of age and at least four years younger than the offender.”
